I was looking for a credible trainer and a life coach training programme that was flexible, personalised and a base from which I could become accredited with the International Coaching Federation. Cassandra and the programme she offered ticked all the boxes for me.

The programme as presented by Cassandra was very self-paced and self-discovery oriented, with plenty of change to experiment and experience the exact learnings that potential coaches would go through as part of the process.
I have a firm belief that any form or training or learning should be a combination of styles – experiential, tactile, listening, talking, processing – and should also be relevant, engaging and challenging. The coaching training I received was all these things.
There are really good resources in terms of both the coaching training manual and the Worklife Solutions workbooks. The most enjoyable aspect was probably the challenge – having to constantly be ‘on-the-ball’ and prepared to respond, think and react in the moment, and demonstrate and explain the skills while simultaneously learning them. And it was also entertaining and at the right level of formality (or informality) to suit my own style.
